This looks like a good deal.  I don't recognize the brand though.  Worth a try for $20.  I would just worry about the range but it probably works fine.

Wow, that is a nice price on the combo considering that it would cost about $100 for a Logitech keyboard and mouse combo at BestBuy.

 Haven't heard of the manufacturer, but $20.00 is really, really cheap for a wireless keyboard & mouse combo. It'd be worth a try if you're looking for a wireless solution.
